1. Click the 'User Administration' menu item.
  2. Tick the checkbox to select the user(s) on which actions will be performed.
  3. Use the options in the toolbar to create, update, and delete users.


An account with Administrator privileges can manage users in the entire organization structure. Those users can be assigned administrator privileges, supervisor privileges, or users privileges.

An account with Supervisor privileges can manage users in any part of the organization structure to which they belong. Those users can be assigned supervisor privileges, or users privileges.

An account with User privileges cannot manage users.


When a new account is created the account details will automatically be sent to the email address entered.

For submitted take fives to be associated with your company each user must be logged into the mobile app with their account.

If users continue to use the anonymous account, that comes with the app when it is first installed, any take fives they submit will not be associated with your company.
